EALTS record keepingResults and records of EALTS testing are held in strict confidence, and released only to the test-taker, employer or sponsoring organisation, or the relevant licensing authority, unless the test-taker provides written permission to release results to another person or organisation. Records of all EALTS results are maintained for the duration of the licence to which they relate. Every EALT Test of Speaking is recorded on audio media. All evaluation sheets and supporting documentation in relation to the EALTS, including audio recordings are returned to Central EALTS Administration from local test centres and are filed a period of time of sufficient duration to ensure that rating decisions can no longer be appealed. Subsequent to this, all records are held at Central EALTS Administration for a pre-determined and documented period of time. 1 1 c.f.
